System status: resilient

Own your Super Intelligence

A private SI on a small server at your location. It answers from your own data, policies, and runbooks, runs locally, and keeps working when the internet is down or flaky. The same box keeps your critical tools running when the cloud has a bad day.

Isometric scene: customers reach the your shop through a CDN and a cloud region; a dashed backup path runs through a glowing on-site box. THE CLOUD CDNe.g. Cloudflare CLOUD REGIONe.g. AWS CUSTOMERS ON-SITE BOX YOUR SHOP
Normally traffic runs through the cloud. If the CDN or cloud region fails, health checks reroute it to the box on site.

Demo, scripted answers

Ask the box

Cut the internet, then ask the private assistant a staff question. These answers are scripted for the demo; no real AI is called.

  1. Static demo. Example: a staff member asks "What do we do right now?" while the internet is down, and the box answers from your runbook.

Rent vs own

Stop renting AI. Own your SI.

Renting cloud AI

  • Monthly per-seat or usage fees that keep coming
  • Your data leaves the building to be processed in someone else's cloud
  • When the cloud or your internet line goes down, so does the assistant

Owning your SI

  • A one-time box, with an optional care plan
  • Data stays on site, with no customer or patient data leaving your location
  • Keeps working offline, and doubles as your failover server

How it works

A private SI on your own data, plus failover

Staff can ask "what do we do right now?" or everyday questions without sending anything to the cloud.

  1. 01

    Scope your data

We agree on exactly what the AI can see (menus, policies, SOPs, runbooks, FAQs) and what stays off-limits, with access limited to your staff.

  2. 02

    Install your private SI

A private open-source model and assistant installed on the box, with no customer or patient data leaving your location.

  3. 03

    Add failover

A local copy of the critical services, data syncing from the cloud, secure remote access, and health checks plus DNS or routing rules that switch over and back automatically.

  4. 04

    Test it live

We pull the plug on the cloud path with your team watching and confirm ordering or booking keeps running and the assistant still answers.

SI is our name for a private assistant that runs on your own hardware and answers from your own documents. It's not a general or superhuman intelligence.

FAQ

Common questions

How do you use AI in this?

Plain-English runbooks, monitoring summaries, and assistants that answer "what's broken and what do we do?" from your own procedures and data.

Do I have to leave Cloudflare, AWS, or my current tools?

No. Most work is hybrid. We add secondary paths and redundancy behind or alongside what you already use.

What does good recovery look like for a small or mid-size business?

Depends on your revenue and risk. Common targets are RTO of minutes to a few hours for critical paths and near-zero data loss for key transactions. We define this with you on the discovery call.

What happens after the initial build?

We hand over tested runbooks and can continue with a retainer for reviews, tabletop exercises, and updates. You're not locked in.

Our mission

Protect small and mid-size businesses through sovereignty and decentralization. Give them ownership of their systems, their data, and their intelligence — so they no longer depend on a handful of cloud providers to stay open or to think.
