Digital Resilience
System status: resilientKeep working when the internet hiccups.
We design and build custom systems that reduce single points of failure in your CDN, DNS, cloud, identity, and payments, so an outage costs you less.
Recent outages have shown how concentrated modern internet infrastructure is. We build the practical redundancy that lets you degrade gracefully instead of going dark.
Example scenario · simulation
See it work
A cloud outage at your business, step by step. Watch the loss counter run until the on-site box takes over.
1Normal day
Orders and bookings run through the cloud.
2Cloud goes down
A CDN or cloud region fails. Customers hit errors.
3The counter climbs
Every minute offline is money you don't take.
4The box takes over
Health checks reroute to the box on site. Service continues.
Example: lost while offline
Illustrative numbers, not a client result
Interactive · try it
Pull the plug
Knock out a piece of the cloud and watch traffic reroute to the glowing box on site.

Example scenarios
Outages like these
Example scenarios, not client stories. These are the kinds of outages this work is meant to soften.
Example scenario
A cloud region goes down and takes checkout with it
Your store, API, and database all live in one region. When that region has a bad afternoon, customers can browse a cached homepage but can't pay.
Example scenario
Your payment processor freezes payouts
Sales keep coming in, but the money stops moving out. With only one processor, there's no other way to take or settle payments while it gets sorted out.
Example scenario
The one admin with DNS access gets locked out
The registrar login and 2FA sit with one person. They're away or locked out, and nobody else can change a record when you need to reroute traffic.

Local Failover Server + Private AI (On-Prem Resilience Appliance)
One small server at your location that does two jobs: failover and private AI. It doesn't replace the cloud. It's the fallback that keeps you open and keeps your team informed when the cloud has a bad day.
Illustrative starting range: $10k–$30k setup + about $2k–$6k hardware at cost
★ Founders Price: $5k–$15k setup (50% off) + hardware at cost

Process
How an engagement works
- 1
Free discovery call (20–30 min)
We learn how your business runs, map the dependencies that matter most, and tell you plainly what we would build first and whether it's worth doing.
- 2
Fixed-scope pilot (2–4 weeks)
A focused first project — often a Resilience Audit or the highest-impact failover path — at a reduced founding-client rate in exchange for a case study.
- 3
Launch + tabletop test
We put the changes live, walk your team through the runbooks, and run a simple tabletop so everyone knows what to do if something breaks.
- 4
Ongoing support (optional)
Quarterly reviews, plan updates, and priority improvements so the resilience work stays current as your stack changes.
5 November founding-client spots are open at 50% off listed rates. Every pilot is fixed-scope so you know what you're getting before we start.

FAQ
Common questions
Do I have to leave Cloudflare, AWS, or my current tools?
No. Most work is hybrid. We add secondary paths and redundancy behind or alongside what you already use.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Audit: 1–2 weeks. Core failover implementation: 2–6 weeks depending on scope. We always start with a fixed-scope pilot.
What does good recovery look like for a small or mid-size business?
Depends on your revenue and risk. Common targets are RTO of minutes to a few hours for critical paths and near-zero data loss for key transactions. We define this with you on the discovery call.
Can I add crypto payments without holding crypto?
Yes. Processors support auto-conversion so you can offer Litecoin (or other rails) and still settle in fiat.
What happens after the initial build?
We hand over tested runbooks and can continue with a retainer for reviews, tabletop exercises, and updates. You're not locked in.
Is this only for large companies?
No. The highest-impact work is often for businesses that rely on one CDN, one cloud region, or one payment processor and can't afford multi-hour outages.
How do you use AI in this?
Plain-English runbooks, monitoring summaries, and assistants that answer "what's broken and what do we do?" from your own procedures and data.
Our mission
Protect small and mid-size businesses through sovereignty and decentralization. Give them ownership of their systems, their data, and their intelligence — so they no longer depend on a handful of cloud providers to stay open or to think.
